Pariwar Engineering & Construction Pvt. Ltd. is founded in Bhaktapur as a small engineering and construction firm, taking on electrical and building work for homes and businesses around the Kathmandu Valley.
2023
The practice grows into land surveying and boundary mapping, using tape survey, total station, and GPS methods for construction, land purchase, and property division across the valley.
2024
Repeated requests for CCTV, networking, printer setup, and waterproofing make it clear customers want one trusted point of contact for technical work. We start building a digital platform to make our in-house team easy to find and book.
2025
Pariwar Sewa launches, bringing every service under one booking flow for Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, and Lalitpur, with web development delivered remotely nationwide and active expansion planned for Chitwan.
