Common Issues & Troubleshooting

I cannot find a service technician in my area.

Pariwar Sewa currently serves Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, and Lalitpur. If you are outside these areas, contact our support team — we are actively expanding and may be able to arrange a technician for your location.

A technician did not show up for my booking.

Call our support line immediately. We will contact the technician and either reschedule at a time that suits you or assign a replacement technician at no extra charge.

The final price was different from the listed price.

Listed prices are starting rates. Final pricing may vary based on location, travel distance, job complexity, and materials required. Technicians must explain any additional charges before starting work. If you were charged without prior notice, raise a dispute through our support team.

I want to cancel or reschedule my booking.

Contact our support team at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee. Rescheduling is free with sufficient notice.

How do I leave a review for a completed service?

After your service is completed, contact our support team and let them know you would like to leave feedback. Our team will record your rating and review on your behalf. Reviews help other customers make informed decisions.

Browse the service categories on the homepage or use the search bar, open the service that fits your need, then call the number shown to schedule. Our team confirms the scope, timing, and price with you over the phone before a technician is assigned. You don't need an account to book.

How do I create an account?

Tap "Get Started" in the menu, fill in your details, and verify your email address. An account lets you keep track of past bookings, but it isn't required — you can book any service by phone.

Is Pariwar Sewa free to use?

Yes. Creating an account, browsing services, and getting a price over the phone are all free. You only pay the technician for the work performed.
