Our Technician Verification Process

Trust begins before a technician ever joins our team. Every professional who applies to join Pariwar Sewa goes through a structured verification process designed to confirm their identity, qualifications, and professional standing.

Applicants are required to submit a valid government-issued ID, proof of relevant professional qualifications or trade certifications, and evidence of prior work experience. Where applicable, business registration documents and professional licences are also reviewed. Our team manually checks each submission — automated approval is not used for any technician account.

Once verified, technicians receive a badge on their profile that is visible to all customers. This verification status is reviewed periodically and can be revoked if a technician's conduct or documentation falls below our standards. Technicians who receive multiple negative reviews or are found to have submitted false credentials are permanently removed from our team.

We understand that no verification system is perfect, which is why we also provide customers with direct recourse through our review system and support team. If a job does not meet the standards described, customers can raise a dispute and our team will investigate and mediate. This dual layer of verification and accountability is what makes Pariwar Sewa a safer choice than informal hiring.

We take disputes seriously. Here is exactly how we handle issues between customers and our technicians.

Contact our support team within 48 hours of a completed job if you are unsatisfied with the service, were charged unexpectedly, or believe the work was not completed as agreed.

Our team reviews the order details, technician notes, and any evidence submitted by both parties. This typically takes 1–3 business days.

Mediation

We contact both the customer and technician to discuss the situation and work toward a fair resolution. Technicians may be asked to return to complete unfinished work.

Resolution

If a resolution cannot be reached through mediation, our team makes a final decision. Technicians found in breach of our standards may be suspended or removed.

How Our Review System Protects You

Reviews on Pariwar Sewa are only accepted from customers who have completed a verified booking with that technician. This means every rating reflects a real experience — not a competitor or fake account.

Technicians cannot delete or hide negative reviews. If a technician disputes a review, our team investigates before any action is taken. Reviews that are found to be fabricated or in violation of our guidelines may be removed after investigation, but this applies equally to unfairly negative and inflated positive reviews.

Technicians with a sustained pattern of poor reviews are flagged for re-verification and may be suspended pending review. This continuous feedback loop is one of the most effective safety mechanisms we have — it rewards consistently good technicians and creates accountability for poor ones.
